Northgate needed to run 160 managers through the same three-day leadership program in four cohorts — and needed cohort four to get exactly the experience cohort one did.
What we did
We treated the program as a production template: identical room sets, materials staged per session, the same run sheet every cohort. Facilitators walked into a room that already knew the plan.
