The brief
Ten years of the foundation, 450 guests, and a fundraising target the team had never hit before. The night needed ceremony without stiffness — and an auction that moved.
What we did
We built the room around sightlines to the stage, timed the awards segment between courses, and produced the live auction with a professional caller and instant pledge tracking on screen.
The result
$180,000 raised — a foundation record — and twelve sponsors activated in ways their teams actually photographed.
